Thttp://www.elishevaschwartz.com Five-time martial arts World Champion Scott Sonnon, whose recent TEDx talk on learning disabilities has reached more than 50 million people, jamms with me about his new autobiography, “A Mountain Stands: Confessions of a Suppressed Genius”. Sonnon faced dyslexia so severe that he was hospitalized in a psychiatric institution for “disruptive classroom behavior", and yet went on to become a key note speaker at Mensa, teach in several universities , and crush it ( with a super guru following) in the entrepreneurial space. Scott has earned recognition as one of the Top 25 Trainers in the world by Men’s Fitness Magazine, “World's Smartest Workout” Coach by Men’s Health Magazine, and was named one of the most influential martial art teachers of the 21st century by Black Belt Magazine. Basically Scott is badass, and here is how you can be too: Hint, get really, really uncomfortably, vulnerable, first with yourself, and then with others. |
