Sherri W. Fisher, MAPP, M.Ed is a founder of Flourishing Schools, Education Director of Learn & Flourish, creator of the POS-EDGE™ Model, and a private education management practitioner. Sherri studied at UPenn with Martin Seligman, founder of the Positive Psychology movement, and the late Christopher Peterson, a leader in Positive Psychology research and instruction, and author of the VIA Strengths Survey. Taken by millions of people, the VIA is the foundation of the SMART Strengths book which Sherri co-authored.
